Summary of Operations: Paul Curtis is a former RCMP and ICBC SIU officer, with a recognized ability for detailed and extensive claim investigation ability, able to translate that experience into a thorough claim investigation, with evidence-based reporting that has proven effective for trail preparation, either for subrogation or defense preparation as warranted. He has claims experience with heavy machinery within the Forestry, Mining, and Commercial transportation industries. Paul has a significant network within the inland marine logistics markets and has claims experience throughout the continental North American markets. He is Hazmat trained, certified and qualified to undertake environmental hazardous material exposure and liability claim exposures.
Wayne Dubeau has been in the trucking and safety industries for over 40 years, and his background entails Class 1 driving, Class 1 instructing, and cross-border documentation for trucking of goods. In addition, Wayne has delivered training in oilfield driving along with various industry safety courses (Dangerous Goods, WHMIS, PDIC, LCV, Load Securement, etc.) with over 20 years in that field. During his time in the safety sector, Wayne also provided Expert Witness Services on numerous files, including: rollovers, securing loads, accident scene management, root cause, cargo salvage and recovery; plus expert auditing for trucking driving institutes. Wayne transitioned to handling insurance claims in 2017, adjusting transportation and equipment files across British Columbia. His insurance experience expanded from claims, pioneering the long combination vehicle program within the Commercial vehicle industry, along with e-log introduction for rollover prevention. Since 2022, Wayne has worked at SteegeXP handling large and complex truck cargo, inland marine and equipment losses, based out of Mission, BC.
